A precast manufacturer in the Netherlands was confronted with a demanding technical challenge: how to safely rotate concrete elements (L × W × H = 14.5 m × 3.7 m × 2.5 m), weighing up to 75 tonnes, through 180 degrees without compromising structural integrity, operator safety, or process efficiency. Such requirements go far beyond standard handling solutions. The system needed to ensure precise load control, stability during rotation, and seamless integration into the existing production workflow. To meet these requirements, a fully customised engineering solution was developed through a coordinated effort within the Construx Group.
