A pioneering single-family house was constructed using 3D printing technology in the German city of Aalen. The two-storey home, featuring a basement, roof terrace, and garage, offers a total living area of 224 square metres and accommodates nine rooms. Particular emphasis was placed on a floor plan optimized for 3D printing, enabling efficient spatial organization and high utilization of floor area.
